Just a few days ago on this blog I wrote about the silly record of Glee songs that have appeared on the Hot 100 singles list and completely debunked their validity, but of course that was only my opinion. Well not so fast! Apparently Damon Albarn of Blur and Gorillaz fame feels exactly the same way saying..."Those songs won't last as long as the Beatles by any stretch of the imagination, they will be forgotten in a few years time." He also went on to say that he will not allow the show to use any of his music because..."it's a very poor substitue for the real thing." He did clarify that the show has yet to ask him but he just wanted to make sure that they didn't. Sorry Glee I guess not everyone thinks you are a good thing afterall...
